Shelley Pike is the Transition and Integration Services Director at American Trust. In this role, she leads the transition and integration services teams to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for all clients joining the American Trust platform. Both teams work closely with institutional partners, advisors, plan sponsors and third party administrators to create a positive client experience. The Integration team is focused primarily on block conversions of multiple plans while the Transition team focuses on individual plan conversions. During her tenure at American Trust, Shelley has also had the opportunity to work with multiple areas within the organization both in leadership roles and as it relates to the transition team.
Prior to joining American Trust in 2007, Shelley was a Master Scheduler for Kawneer Company, an aluminum architectural manufacturing company, for 14 years. During her time there, she established a strong foundation for planning, process improvement, and organizational excellence all of which greatly attributed to her success at American Trust.
Shelley earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Business from Memphis State University, a Masters in Business Administration and Master’s of Arts in Executive Leadership from Christian Brothers University.
