Chris has been involved in financial services marketing for nearly 30 years – having held senior-level positions with financial services corporations and financial publishers as well as provided marketing support and consulting services to financial institutions and independent financial advisors. These roles included serving as the VP of Online Marketing for Morgan Stanley, Vice President of Retail Marketing for FOLIOfn, Chief Digital Officer for financial and political publisher Eagle Publishing as well as marketing consulting services for AOL Finance, AARP, MBNA, FOREX.com and helping to launch hybrid-RIA firm Washington Wealth Management (now known as Kestra Private Wealth).
As the Chief Marketing Officer, Chris is focused on bringing together the marketing and brand efforts across the firm, including supporting over half a dozen acquisitions completed in the last year alone. Key areas of focus include realigning the branding initiatives for each entity, public relations, marketing communications, social media, CRM, SEO/SEM, email and digital marketing initiatives.
Chris earned his B.B.A. in Marketing from James Madison University.
