Chad Kohlenberg is the Director of Client Services for American Trust, serving in that role since 2018. In his role, he currently leads the organization’s Relationship Management team. Prior to his current position, Chad was an Internal Sales Representative at American Trust for two years. He has 10 years of industry experience.
Chad received a BBA in Management Science and Marketing from the University of Iowa Henry B. Tippie College of Business in 2002. He also completed his Master’s in Business Administration from Clarke University and holds both FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses.
He is responsible for developing and leading the execution of strategic business initiatives including client service, plan enhancements, and client retention. Chad works closely with independent retirement plan advisors and plan sponsors by consulting on fiduciary, investment, technology, and operational matters relating to American Trust’s qualified plan services.
